Who is this?
Alexandra Gheondea-Eladi is the founder of the ALEGE Centre for Decision Research, Support and Education. She is a researcher in sociology with a passion for helping people make better decisions.
Why is she here?
Alexandra believes that many problems people encounter in their personal development and life are due to not knowing how to make decisions. She would like to help you make more informed, value-congruent decisions.
Is she qualified for this?
In the past 11 years, Alexandra has been studying decision-making as a scientific researcher at the Research Institute for Quality of Life of the Romanian Academy. She travelled and collaborated with researchers around the globe to deepen her knowledge on decision-making. She works and collaborated with the University of Rovira and Virgili, Spain, the University of Groningen, Netherlands, Waseda University, Japan, Bilkent University, Turkey, the Technological Institute of Monterrey and Warwick University where she was a Foreign Commonwealth Office Chevening Scholar. In her research she investigated how people make health decisions, how they decide to help others and volunteer, how they handle conflicts between work and personal life and how they use technology to make better decisions. She has a wide understanding of the state of the art in decision-making from a scientific point of view. And she has been providing decision support to clients since 2016.
